Dwell Time Report – New
The Dwell Time Report shows the duration that assets have remained at a specified business location. This report is similar to a Performance Report with a threshold for days, and it helps determine which assets are billable at a customer landmark. Filter by vehicle/group and date. Choose landmark groups for Garage and Customer with a minimum dwell threshold and timezone preference. Optionally add attributes.
Driving Policy Violations Reports – New Summary and Detail
New reports are available for Driving Policy Violations, which include Acceleration, Deceleration, Cornering, Idling, and Speeding. The violation thresholds for these categories are set on a device level at the time of shipment/installation. To set new defaults for your vehicles, use the PNP Threshold Configuration manager.
|Driving Policy Violations Detail||Show details on Policy Violations reported by supported diagnostic devices (PNP-3000 buzzer-enabled + others*). Filter by vehicle/group. Sort columns in the report by Vehicle, VIN, Violation Time, and Violation Type.|

The report shows a series of graphs for Violations by Type, Vehicles with Most Violations, Total Violations, and Violations per 100 miles. Sort columns by Vehicle, Distance, Violations per 100 miles, Hard Braking, Hard Left, Hard Right, Idling, Rapid Acceleration, Speeding, and Total.|
*The Detail Report provides information on violations from all supported devices, whereas the Summary provides data only on buzzer-enabled devices.
Hours of Service – Multi Organizational (MultiOrg) Support
The GPS Hours of Service portal integration with the ISE portal now allows a one-to-many association with ISE eFleetSuite organizations, which accommodates an organization with a parent company and multiple subsidiaries. This change affects several areas (see below).

An HOS Organization drop-down is available in the options. The resulting report displays Organization ID in the report overview.
A list of linked ISE eFleetSuite Organizations now appears in the eFleetSuite panel. The Drivers and Assets panels display the organization selected.

Hours of Service – New Messaging App
ELD messaging is integrated with the portal. This feature is available to drivers who interact with the in-cab tablet display as well as dispatchers who interact with the GPS portal.
Metrics – Sum Scorecard Normalization Options (Enterprise)
The Sum Scorecard metric includes the following options for normalization: per Day, per 100 Miles, and per Runtime Hours.

Regardless of normalization component you choose, the scorecard still results in two metrics per event: One will be created to count the raw number of events AND a second metric will be created to count the number of events per normalization component. At the report level, you can choose which of these metrics to turn on/off in the display.
Normalization is important for comparison among multiple vehicles (drivers). For example, Joe may have 20 total safety events and Sam may have 200 total safety events in a given month. Without normalization, Sam looks like he has the most unsafe events. However, when compared to mileage (for example), Joe drove 10 miles and Sam drove 10,000, which when normalized per 100 miles, Joe has a much higher score than Sam (20 vs. 2).
Metrics – New Runtime Setting (Enterprise)
Within the Metrics Report Settings, a Show Runtime option exists.
When selected, the Runtime column appears within the report. You can sort on the column and click to view the data represented in the above graph.
